The graphs of trigonometric functions are periodic, that is, their graphs repeat in cycles, like the sine function.

θ: 0 π6 π4 π3 π2 2π3 3π4 5π6 π 3π2 2π 13π6 11π4 9π3 8π2 3π 7π2 4π

Y: 0 12 22 32 1 32 22 12 0 1 0 12 22 32 1 0 1 0

Many trigonometric functions have graphs that are symmetric with respect to one of the axes or to the origin.
