i would like to enhance the wikipdia page for "helium".
On the LTL Homepage I found nice phase diagrams for Helium 3 und Helium 4, wich I would like to provide to the Wikicommon Library:
Can I provide the diagrams as "public domain", or are the diagrams protected by copyright?
