Summary
| Description |
English: Conditions in which speciation by reinforcement can occur. The more an initial pair of populations has diverged, the higher likelihood of complete speciation. The greater the fitness of hybrid offspring, the less likely complete speciation will occur. Extinction of one of the populations can also result if both initial difference is low and hybrid fitness is low. Based on Liou and Price (1994).[1] |
