Description
Polski: negowanie liczby w U2 na modelu maszyny turinga
English: Two's complement binary encoded number sign change.
0->1L means if 0 then change to 1 and move head left. # means empty cell.
Program seeks begining of binary sequence, then inverts all digits and finally adds 1. Step #->0L is needed to properly invert sequences like ##100## (decimal -4). Detailed explanation about that on discuss page.
